TOPP – Germany
Serving Germany and Eastern Europe
Growing from strength-to-strength over the past 6 years, TOPP is a phone-study program designed to provide Jewish knowledge and understanding to Jewish communities across Europe and Israel.
Based in Germany, but also serving Hungary, France, Georgia and Israel, thanks to Partners in Torah, TOPP is also able to provide Tefillin and Mezuzos for students in need – as well as a Hebrew reading course and full list of study resources for all program participants.
Currently facilitating approximately 150 weekly study partnerships on topics ranging from Hebrew reading and basic Jewish thought to Gemara and Shulchan Aruch, TOPP students include men and women aged 13 – 65, ranging in level from absolute beginner to Rabbis. Study languages include English, German, Hebrew and French!
