We’ve closed registration for our 3-week Shabbat Learning Program. But don’t worry - you can still sign up to learn more about Shabbat or any other Jewish topic with a great study partner!
We believe that every individual deserves to be connected to Shabbat. Regardless of age, background, or geographic location – we can all benefit from connecting, growing and learning about Shabbat, together.
You can choose to invite someone you already know to learn with you, or you can sign up to be matched with someone new, based on the preferences you define during sign up.
We will be sending you a guided study curriculum, crafted exclusively for this program. We will also offer links to additional Shabbat-related resources with lots of material to choose from. If you’d like to learn about other topics, you can sign up for that too! Click here to learn more!
Not at all! You’ll learn for 30-minutes a week, for 3 weeks together with your study partner. But if you’d like to keep it going, we can set you up for that too! Click here for more information.
Our support team is available to help you with this. Reply at any time to the automated text messages or emails that we’ll send you and if need be, we’ll try to match you with someone else.
Every year around this time, The Shabbat Project unites Jews around the magic of one Shabbat with the goal of “Keeping it Together”. This year, live events and gatherings are unfortunately not possible. Therefore we are hosting this virtual mega learning event – for individuals around the world to connect, grow and learn more about Shabbat, together!
About Partners in Torah
Founded in 1993, Partners in Torah's vision is to make Judaism and Jewish wisdom as accessible as possible for Jews around the globe. No judgment. No hierarchy. No commitment. No cost. Also, we aim to bring Jews of different backgrounds together in an atmosphere of camaraderie and mutual respect and put an end to polarization among Jews. We stood together at Mount Sinai — as one person with one heart — and were equal partners in Torah. Okay, so we got a little sidetracked. And we’re trying to get it back together, to unify the Jewish community — two people at a time.
